A bit like at the Dugat-Py estate, Denis Bachelet has mostly old vines, sometimes a hundred years old, from which he produces rich and intense wines, which have an unusual sap and depth of flesh. Now assisted by his son, this discreet winemaker, who spends considerable time in his vines, vinifies and matures as simply as possible and seeks above all finesse, highlighted by always subtle aging. On just over 3 hectares, the range includes a Côtes-de-Nuits Villages, a Gevrey-Chambertin, a Gevrey-Chambertin Les Evocelles, a Gevrey-Chmabertin 1er cru Les Corbeaux and a Charmes-Chambertin.
