Packages are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Packages can also be shipped via another carrier. Please contact us if you wish to choose this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order.
The packaging is suitable for shipping (shocks and temperatures). This ensures your purchases are perfectly protected.
