Details

Renowned for its magnificent Meursaults, this estate produces wines with very long aging potential in both colors. Entry-level wines, such as the Burgundy, are used to clear the wood for the arrival of new barrels, which are then used to age more prestigious wines.

In 2016, Thierry and his wife handed over the reins to two of their daughters, Adèle, the eldest, and Elsa, the youngest, who had already been with them for a long time. The wines are very precise, and we applaud the quality of the extractions and aging, which they have extended somewhat. The current generation has succeeded in preserving the estate's style while adding extra finesse, making them accessible younger without altering their aging potential. The reds explore neither the trend of infused wines nor that of excessive extraction: they strive for the happy medium. The whites display remarkable density and intensity.
