Originally established in 1662, Château Meyney was a convent. Records show that Meyney is one of the oldest properties in the Médoc.

The vineyard consists of beautiful clay-gravel hillsides. Aging is carried out in barrels, 33% of which are new. Château Meyney, whose official title is Bourgeois Supérieur, has acquired exceptional qualities thanks to careful care: its body, bouquet, flavor, and color place it among the finest in the Médoc.
