What are the shipping times and delivery methods?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Packages are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Another carrier can be arranged on request (additional fees may apply).
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the number of bottles and the destination (France, Europe, USA, Asia, etc.). Preparation and packaging fees are included. Please see our Delivery page for the full price list. View delivery rates
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are secured with SSL. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
Are the wines in stock and authentic?
All wines we offer are held in stock in our cellar under controlled temperature and humidity. Each bottle and case is checked on receipt and photographed to guarantee authenticity and traceability.
How can I track my order?
Whatever the carrier, we send you a link to track your parcel online as soon as it has been shipped.
Is the sale of alcohol to minors allowed?
No. The sale of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health — please drink responsibly.
