Details

Emmanuel Brochet is a small, highly renowned champagne producer, located in the village of Villers-aux-Nœuds, southwest of Reims, in the Montagne de Reims region. Emmanuel Brochet is known for producing winegrower champagne, meaning he grows his own grapes and makes his wines, highlighting a strong commitment to the terroir and organic practices.

The estate extends over approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards, planted mainly with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the three classic grape varieties of Champagne. He practices biodynamic viticulture, with particular attention to sustainability and minimal intervention, both in the vineyards and in the cellar. It avoids the use of chemicals and favors the natural balance of the soil, promoting biodiversity.

Emmanuel Brochet is recognized for the precision of his work, producing expressive, pure champagnes reflecting the unique character of the terroir of his vines. Its wines are appreciated for their depth, complexity and elegance, often marked by a subtle balance between minerality, fruitiness and acidity. Its most emblematic vintage is “Le Mont Benoit”, a blend of three Champagne grape varieties from a single plot.

Production is very limited, which makes its champagnes particularly popular with collectors and lovers of natural and terroir wines.
