Domaine Georges Noëllat has been run since 2010 by Maxime Cheurlin, grandson of Marie-Thérèse Noëllat. He practices viticulture that respects the terroir and the vines. Everything is done to obtain the freshness and pleasure that an excellent wine provides: manual harvesting, application of organic products, use of natural yeasts. The wines are aged in oak barrels. It adapts to the characteristics of the terroir and the vintage to get the best out of it. This rigorous practice allows Domaine Noëllat Georges to produce remarkable Burgundy wines. We can cite the Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Aux Cras or the Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Chaumes.
