Tino Kuban, a dynamic and passionate winemaker, took over the reins of Bernard van Berg's estate in Meursault and gave it the charming name we know today: Les Jardins Vivants. It is in the heart of this exceptional terroir that he cultivates one and a half hectares of vines, whose low yields and harvests carried out in the cool of the morning guarantee high-quality fruit. Alongside this rigorous work as a winemaker, Tino developed his own wine trading company, Maison Glandien. He sources his grapes from partner winemakers and friends located in various wine-growing regions, in Burgundy, Beaujolais, but also in Alsace and the Jura. They seek grapes from sustainable and reasoned viticulture, thus meeting his high quality standards. During the vinification process, the fermentations carried out spontaneously, the use of sulphites is avoided as much as possible and the aging is carried out in used barrels, guaranteeing authentic and tasty wines.
