Details

Château Roumieu-Lacoste is owned by the Hervé Dubourdieu family. This Sauternes is made from 100% Sémillon grapes, grown on 45-year-old vines. The yield is 20 hl/ha, and the harvest is carried out by successive selections. Vinification is carried out in vats and oak barrels.
