Built in the 18th century, the La Tour Blanche castle today houses the La Tour Blanche School of Viticulture and Oenology. The 40 hectares of the estate, on a terroir subject to the influence of the morning fogs generated by the two rivers, which allows the development of botrytis cinerea, the noble rot fungus, without which there would be no sweet wines. La Tour Blanche produces elegant wines in the shaded tranquility of its cellars that carry the colors of the appellation.
