Considered one of the greatest winemakers in the Languedoc region, Olivier Jullien is known for being one of the pioneers of the viticultural revival of the Terrasses du Larzac.
Born on this rich and complex limestone soil, marked by strong climatic contrasts, Olivier Jullien acquired his first hectare of vines when he was only 20 years old in 1985. Vineyards became a natural choice for him. Oliver Jullien and Jean-Philippe Granier founded Mas Jullien in 1985.
